This benefit, which is provided yearly by the company at no expense to the employee and on a voluntary basis, is part of the Company’s health and wellness program. Mrs. Jamie Carwana, Head of Human Resources, arranged for Rite Aid to visit Arbitech and administer the shots. Mrs. Carwana explained: “The health and well-being of our employees is of primary concern to management. We strive to educate, provide necessary tools, and insist on work-life balance to ensure employee wellness.”

Mr. Francisco Llaca, President of Arbitech, participated in a delegation of IT independent resellers who spent the week in Washington, DC lobbying for industry causes. Mr. Llaca, who also serves as chairman of the ASCDINATD, met with Congressmen Rep Daryl Issa and Rep Blake Farenthold, a host of congressional staffers and policy experts. Arbitech takes pride in representing the independent channel and shedding light on common issues the industry faces.
Arbitech is pleased to recognize Edgar Pacheco, its facilities/logistics manager, for his selfless service in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. Edgar, on a company sponsored trip, went to Houston to lend assistance to people in need. Working out of multiple shelters, Edgar helped distribute food, water, and essentials to the citizens of Houston. Arbitech proudly sponsors its employees in their charitable works and recognizes that its most cherished asset is its employees.
Arbitech had the pleasure of hosting 65 executive MBA students (Institution: Fundacao Getulio Vargas) from Brazil. Arbitech was invited to be a guest lecturer on the campus providing an overview of the organization, the product or service, mission and values, strategic goals, marketing, and international or global reach. Arbitech’s EVP Jimmy Whalen, was enthusiastically applauded for the engaging lecture. Afterwards the students were invited to the facility for a tour and to learn a little more about operations. The students were greeted by our President, Frank Llaca, upon arriving at our facility and he spoke about Arbitech’s humble beginning and our culture. In the end UCI and the MBA students were very grateful for Arbitech’s participation in the program. Arbitech, it’s management and employees enjoyed the chance to give back to the community and provide a platform of learning to our local, and international, community.
Sawdust artists Jason Rate and Sean Hunter Brown install unique art pieces at Arbitech
The Sawdust Art & Craft Festival, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the public and advocating art created in Laguna Beach, announces the commissioning of two of their brilliant Sawdust artists by the company, Arbitech, an independent distributor of data center products.

Our Arbitech family banded together to conquer the OC Marathon this past weekend. Starting at the Newport Beach Marriott & Hotel and finishing at the OC Fairgrounds our runners persevered and emerged an even stronger team with a great sense of pride and accomplishment!
