Super Bowl can only mean one thing: It’s time for Arbitech’s annual customer appreciation event! The company and qualified customers spent three days in New Orleans culminating with a Super Bowl watching event this past Sunday. The participants also enjoyed a happy hour, an authentic Creole dinner on Bourbon Street, and a concert at the famous Preservation Hall. Adding to the festivities was a concert of local artists celebrating New Orleans very unique Anti-Super Bowl event. Special thanks to our customers and to all that made it possible.
Arbitech supports the Make a Wish Foundation of America as its charity for the month.
Wishes make life better for kids with critical illnesses. This simple, but powerful belief inspired the founding of Make-A-Wish® and drives everything they do. Tens of thousands of volunteers, donors and supporters advance the Make-A-Wish® vision to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a critical illness. Arbitech shall be making a donation on behalf of the Company, employees and its vendors. We hope you will join us in helping to make these wishes come true!
Employees of the company dressed up for Halloween and were treated to a Company lunch and desserts. A contest was held for most creative, funniest and best group. Who would you vote for?🎃
Today we celebrate the 18 year anniversary of Arbitech. Since its founding, Arbitech has been guided by a unique vision that continues to this day. We celebrate our anniversary by celebrating our employees and their families. Festivities included a live music performed by Jabe Amato, TK Burger food truck, face-painting, balloon artistry, and arts and crafts for the kiddos.
For the month of August Arbitech has decided to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast through Impact. Impact was designed in 2005 as a holistic and comprehensive strategy for youth services. The Impact model offers a structured daily rotation consisting of academic, fitness, and enrichment programs. Members are able to participate in structured programs ensuring a balanced set of programs designed to help them reach their full potential. Through this strategy, the Club ensures every member is provided a support system that impacts their future. Beyond a donation, Arbitech employees will be given the opportunity to donate their time with the full support of the Company.
Each year, the Orange County Business Journal identifies Orange County’s best employers in their Best Places to Work Special Report. Selected businesses are recognized for their exceptionalism in the treatment, recruitment, and retention of their employees. Arbitech has made the list for 2018 Best Places to Work.
Frank Llaca, CEO & President stated “We are thankful for being recognized as one of OC’s best places to work. Our greatest asset is our employees. The Company strives to provide a work/life balance and celebrates the good fortune of having a dedicated workforce. We are honored to be mentioned by the O.C. Business Journal and shall continue to provide a work environment that we can all be proud of.”
