For the month of August Arbitech has decided to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast through Impact. Impact was designed in 2005 as a holistic and comprehensive strategy for youth services. The Impact model offers a structured daily rotation consisting of academic, fitness, and enrichment programs. Members are able to participate in structured programs ensuring a balanced set of programs designed to help them reach their full potential. Through this strategy, the Club ensures every member is provided a support system that impacts their future. Beyond a donation, Arbitech employees will be given the opportunity to donate their time with the full support of the Company.
Each year, the Orange County Business Journal identifies Orange County’s best employers in their Best Places to Work Special Report. Selected businesses are recognized for their exceptionalism in the treatment, recruitment, and retention of their employees. Arbitech has made the list for 2018 Best Places to Work.
Frank Llaca, CEO & President stated “We are thankful for being recognized as one of OC’s best places to work. Our greatest asset is our employees. The Company strives to provide a work/life balance and celebrates the good fortune of having a dedicated workforce. We are honored to be mentioned by the O.C. Business Journal and shall continue to provide a work environment that we can all be proud of.”

About Ronald McDonald House:
Ronald McDonald House(RMHC) is about keeping families together and near the medical care they need through a network of local Chapters. Our network of local Chapters has been helping millions of families with sick children find comfort and support when they need it most. Our programs, tailored to meet the urgent needs of each community, can now be found in more than 64 countries and regions across the globe.
Since 1974, RMHC has created programs that strengthen families during difficult times. RMHC provides vital resources and compassionate care to children and their families being served by leading hospitals worldwide. Core RMHC programs — Ronald McDonald Houses, Ronald McDonald Family Rooms, and Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles — provide access to health care and enable family-centered care. RMHC has helped lessen the burden for more than 5.5 million families in 2016.
Arbitech considers its employees its most valuable asset. One day a year we plan several events to say thank you for all their efforts.
As part of Arbitech’s corporate responsibility to support the local community and those in need of assistance, we have begun a campaign of donating to worthy charities on a monthly basis. We will be sharing these sponsorships with you in hopes that you will join us in donating and spreading awareness of the particular causes.
